Advantages and characteristics
■ Introduction
Good safety performance: no electrolyte leakage, battery expansion and rupture under normal use.
Good discharge performance: stable discharge voltage and stable discharge platform.
Good vibration resistance: in the fully charged state, the battery is completely fixed, vibrated at the amplitude of 4mm and the frequency of 16.7hz for 1 hour, without liquid leakage, battery expansion and rupture, and the open circuit voltage is normal.
Good impact resistance: the fully charged battery naturally falls from 20cm to 1cm thick hardwood for 3 times, without liquid leakage, battery expansion and rupture, and the open circuit voltage is normal.
Good over discharge resistance: at 25 ℃, the battery in fully charged state shall be discharged with constant resistance for 3 weeks (the resistance is only equivalent to the resistance required for 1ca discharge of the battery), and the recovery amount shall be more than 75%.
Good charging resistance: 25 ℃, fully charged battery 0.1CA, charging for 48 hours, no liquid leakage, no battery expansion and rupture, normal open circuit voltage, and capacity maintained at more than 95%.

battery connection
1. Batteries or battery packs with the same actual capacity can be used in series
2. Batteries or battery packs with the same actual voltage can be used in parallel
3. The connecting parts shall be tight to prevent sparks; In case of poor contact, the contact surface can be cleaned with soda water
4. The positive and negative poles shall not be reversed or short circuited
5. The batteries of the battery pack shall be separated by more than 10mm to facilitate heat dissipation
Battery charging
1. Use of floating charge (limit voltage, control current): charging voltage 2.275-2.30v/single grid, temperature compensation, temperature compensation coefficient 3MV per unit (based on 20)
2. When trickle flow is used, the floating charge current of the battery is high-speed to less than 2mA /ah
3. Recycling (stop when fully charged and charge when fully discharged): charging voltage 2.35- 2.45v/single grid
4. The maximum current shall not be greater than 25% of the nominal capacity
Note: the battery shall not be used in closed or high temperature environment, and shall be kept away from fire source
Storage and installation
1. If the battery is not put into use, remove the connecting wire, cover the pole sheath and wipe it clean
2. The battery shall be maintained and charged every three months. The charging method is current limiting and constant voltage method. The initial charging current is 0.1CA and the charging voltage is 2.4v/single grid
3. The storage battery shall be stored in a dry and ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and heat source
4. When handling the battery, apply even force. The stressed part is the shell part of the battery toavoid operating the pole
5. Insulating tools shall be used during installation to prevent electric shock

1. When the battery leaves the factory with charged liquid, do not attempt to disassemble the battery to avoid danger. If the battery shell is damaged accidentally and comes into contact with sulfuric acid, please wash it with plenty of water immediately. If necessary, please see a doctor immediately
2. Do not mix old and new batteries
3 Do not use batteries in sealed containers
4 The battery shall have a complete resume, including factory date, installation date, operation record, etc
5. Check whether the connecting wire is loose regularly (once a year). If it is loose, tighten it
6. Regularly (once every three months) wipe the battery with soft fabric to keep it clean
7. Do not use organic solvent to clean the battery
8. Pay attention to battery spacing to prevent salt bridge
