Product introduction:

Good safety performance: no electrolyte leakage under normal use, no battery expansion and rupture.

Good discharge performance: stable discharge voltage and stable discharge platform.

Good vibration resistance: the fully charged state is that the battery is completely fixed, with an amplitude of 4mm, a frequency of 16.7HZ vibration for 1 hour, no leakage, no battery expansion and rupture, and the open circuit voltage is normal.

Installation, use and maintenance

 

Connection of batteries:

1. Batteries or battery packs with the same actual capacity can be used in series

2. Cells or battery packs with the same actual voltage can be used in parallel

3. The connection part should be tight to prevent sparks; If the contact is poor, the contact surface can be cleaned with soda

4. The positive and negative poles shall not be reversed or short-circuited

5. The batteries of the battery pack should be spaced more than 10mm apart to facilitate heat dissipation

 

Battery charging:

1. Float charge (limit voltage, control current) use: charging voltage 2.275-2.30V/single cell, temperature compensation, temperature compensation coefficient per unit is 3mv (based on 20)

2. When trickle is used, the battery float charge current is high speed to less than 2Ma/Ah

3. Cycle use (full and stop, discharge and charge): charging voltage 2.35-2.45V/single cell

4. The maximum current shall not exceed 25% of the nominal capacity

Note: The battery should not be used in a closed or high temperature environment and should be kept away from fire

 

Storage and Installation:

1. The battery that is not in use should be removed from the connecting cable, covered with the pole sheath and wiped clean

2. Maintain and charge the battery every three months, the charging method is the current limiting and constant voltage method, the initial charging current is 0.1CA, and the charging voltage is 2.4V/single cell

3. The battery should be stored in a dry and ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and away from heat sources

4. When handling the battery, the force should be evenly applied, and the force should be the shell part of the battery to avoid operating the pole column5. Insulating tools should be used during installation to prevent electric shock

 

Precautions:

1. The battery is shipped with liquid and must not attempt to disassemble the battery to avoid danger. If the battery case is accidentally damaged and contact sulfuric acid, please rinse with plenty of water, and seek medical attention immediately if necessary

2. Do not mix new and old batteries

3. Do not use batteries in sealed containers

4. The battery should have a complete resume, including factory date, installation date, operation record, etc

5. Check regularly (once a year) whether the connecting wire is loose, and if there is looseness, it should be tightened

6. Regularly (once every three months) wipe the battery with a soft fabric to keep the battery clean

7. Do not use organic solvents to clean the battery

8. Pay attention to the battery interval to prevent salt bridges
